One Big Fight... Animo Haneemoowww...

I'm so indifferent with this season of UAAP. When I watched the first game last Sunday, I was baking pretzels. Then today, I was baking empanadas. But on those days, Ateneo was sweetly sweeping those games.

The Blue Eagle boys were really good, especially in defense. In fairness to the Green Archers, JV Casio was rockin the courts.

I dunno if Ateneo got better in their game through the years or DLSU's court skills got diminished.... I really dunno and who am I to judge. What do you think? But what I can say that it's not the same as those UAAP games 5-6 years ago. Yep, those days when Villanueva, Gonzalez, Manalo, Ritualo, Yeo, Fonacier (and some of those guys are married) were ruling the Araneta dome. In my recollection, the Ateneo-La Salle games were really tight, first few minutes of the game the blue troops were leading then in the next minutes the greeners were leading. It was some sort-of-a breath taking battle between the blue and green. I didn't get to watch in the next years so I have no idea what really happened.

Congrats to Ateneo! There's next year for DLSU to fight back.
