This time, it's from the HR group. I am actually thankful that work in C&B is quite a load. I am loving the challenges. I am learning so many things and I am surrounded with great teammates. Might be wondering which group? Let's just say these are the people who get and get and get people. Due to the BTW event (Why is it called that way? Shit I forgot or I threw the memory away from my thoughts.. Haha!) and the freeze hiring aftermath, what have they been doing now? Noooneeenooo...
In fairness, the company encourages people to try out other fields in other workforces or workgroups. So yeah, I'm just happy for those who had that kind of opportunity.
The worst part was that I know some of those who were part of the "program". I've worked with them, I had meetings with them.... Hell I even spoke with them this week regarding real time promotions! When I heard about it, I was just surprised.
They will be part of my prayers.
Sigh.
