I heart cakes!!

After a long day on the South Luzon road and the Mandaluyong stretch and upon doing some data crunching and validation of serious shit, I guess I deserve a personal internet break. I need to feast my eyes with the occurences of the outside world. Samakatuwid, bloghopping. I got to check out this multiply site (http://gelcolet.multiply.com/) and apparently this person bakes and sells cakes. But this cakemaker's no Red Ribbon or Goldilocks. As soon as I checked out her site, omigosh, I just fell in love with the cakes, I wished I know how to bake... from scratch! (What can I say, I'm a Betty Crocker kid... I just sprinkle some marshmallows, nuts and M&Ms to be "gladys-sized"). Among all the cute and yummy cakes that she has posted, this cake just made me drool like Sunday, my pseudo-dalmatian-fugly dog.

Aaaaahhhh!!! Chocolate buttercream filling, glazed with Ganache and decorated with Chocolate shavings... howmagozzsshhh!! What can I say, naligo talaga sa chocolate!!! I bet it tooks days to finish the entire cake but if I get to see and eat this cake... wow I can immediately go to heaven. Haayy!! As per Gel Colet's multiply, this is a wedding cake... and so I don't think that'll be soon for me... as in ang layo niya in my calendar hokay... hahaha... so maybe I'll get this cake on Christmas, or on my birthday. =) Basta I so want this cake!!!
